Prefix ও Suffix
সহজ করে বুঝি
একটা শব্দ জানলে আসলে তুমি পাঁচটা শব্দ জানো — শুধু আগে-পিছে টুকরো জোড়া লাগাতে জানতে হবে।
‘Happy’ থেকে unhappy, happiness, happily, unhappiness — একটাই মূল, চারটে নতুন শব্দ। Prefix বদলায় অর্থ, আর suffix বদলায় Parts of Speech।
এই দুটো তালিকা রপ্ত হলে vocabulary-র পাশাপাশি sentence completion-এও লাভ — কারণ ওখানে প্রায়ই জিজ্ঞেস করে ফাঁকা জায়গায় noun বসবে না adjective।
